Buenas noticias para los fans de Cable, el personaje de Marvel comics, pues parece que el mutante podría aparecer en la próxima entrega cinematográfica de la franquicia: "Apocalipsis"
En realidad estuvo a punto de aparecer en "Días del Futuro pasado"
“Tambien hablamos de incluirle en "Días del Futuro pasado"" dijo Simon Kinberg, guionista de "Apocalipsis" y ""Días del Futuro pasado". "Os dire que nos encanta el personaje y nos encantaría encontrar un lugar para el en la película, pero no puedo confirmar o negar nada sin hacer Spoilers"
La Bruja Escarlata es otra de las mutantes que fue retirada de DDFP, pero ahora parece que podría aparecer en la próxima entrega:"Cuando hicimos DDFP hay una referencia a ella en la escena cuando están en la casa de Mercurio, pero terminamos desechandola porque al igual que un montón de cosas tenía que ser sacrificada para beneficiar al resto de la película , "dijo." Es un personaje que todos amamos, porque a todo el mundo le encanta Mercurio. Cuanto más podamos hacer para explorar su familia, mejor. Así que es posible ".
Un mutante que también podría aparecer es Psylocke, que también fue incluida en una de las versiones de DDFP

Dos personajes que no apareceran son Kitty Pryde y Bishop, debido a que la nueva entrega se centrará en la generación más joven de los personajes de X-Men: First Class.

Cable and the Scarlet Witch might appear in "X-Men: Apocalypse"
Scarlet Witch is another mutant that was initially suposed to be in DOFP but she finally ended up getting cut. Now It seems that she might appear in Apocalypse:
“When we made Days of Future Past there is a reference to her in the scene when they’re at Quicksilver’s house, but we ended up pulling it out because like a lot of things it had to be sacrificed for the main momentum of the film," he said. "It’s a character we all love, because everyone loves Quicksilver so much. The more we can do to explore his family, the better. So maybe."
One more possible mutant could also be Psylocke as she was included in a version ofDOFP as well.
“She’s a fan favorite, and also a favorite of mine," Kinberg acknowledged. "We have a small part that she plays in Last Stand, and we talked about including her in Days ofFuture Past quite seriously, actually. There was a version of the script she was in, and we even auditioned some actors in Montreal. But we didn’t feel there was enough of a part she would play in a movie that was already full of many, many mutants.
“She has a cool power. I know Bryan thinks she’s a neat character so there’s certainly a chance she’ll be in an X-Men movie some day. Hopefully there’ll be a lot of X-Men movies and there’s lot of mutants we’re yet to fully explore onscreen, even if they’ve had cameos before. Now we’re making more films there’s a chance to dig deeper.”

Good news for the fans of the Marvel Comics character Cable thouhgt the mutant has a chance of appearing in X-Men: Apocalypse.
He actually almost appeared in "Days of the future past"
“We also talked about including him in Days of FuturePast," said Simon Kinberg, writer on DOFP and Apocalypse. "I will say, we love the character, we’d love to find a place for him in these movies, but I cannot confirm or deny which characters will actually be in Apocalypse until I read some spoilers!"
